Support Representatives or more commonly known as LSRs. They
belong to a listserv that informs them of meetings and also receive
Bulletins that
keep them abreast of any changes to the application. Anyone can
belong to the listserv
and all are welcome to attend meetings.

classes are listed on-line and you can self-enroll for many
of these classes.
