Data Warehouse Project Status

September 9, 2003:

DW project team members have been re-assigned to the mission critical BlackBoard upgrade project. Work on the data warehouse project will resume on September 23, 2003.

CSUH now has a PeopleSoft Financials and HR operational data store fully installed on the test and production servers.

The team is now in the process of fine-tuning performance and load time and "digesting" the code, processes and transformations that were delivered.

The next steps are to:
- continue digesting and learning
- design and build security/access
- determine a target load time for go-live
- implement a front-end for our functional team members
- start involving functional team members in the learning process
